1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@jrelo.com within the specified return period. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

1.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

2.1 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified time, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@jrelo.com.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
